My father and I have been in contact for too long---yet no progress made. Short---He comes home to his house after being at the races---casually mentions a guy in his lil' clutch of BDH, say's 7 languages (Frank) can speak -after we somehow got on some utterances,...I just say really, wow---Are you-----"Fluently" !!! ---he barks as if someone asked him his order and he forgot something and then yells, "with milk"! --- How can he know this? He has decent command of english----but cetainly not anything else. but he KNOWS---
